Caring for horses is our number one priority at Patusan Farm.  Whether your horse is young and learning the nuances of socializing with other horses or in his later years requiring custom feed and care, we strive to ensure your horse remains healthy and happy.

 

The horses are checked on a regular basis.  We have both morning and afternnoon shifts to keep horses in consistant obsvervation and monitoring.

 

 Our boarders ride both english and western.  Our typical boarder is a professional, working in Pittsburgh or more local to our area.  Many have chosen to get back into riding or to fullfill a childhood dream of owning a horse, and many are active show competitors in dressage, jumpers and eventing. 

 

We have 250 acres on the Farm and have access to thousands of undeveloped acreage on which to ride for pleasure.  We often organize special rides for our boarders, whether to bring in a change of season, ride in the light of the full-moon or watch the fields alight with thousands of fire flies.
